Daniel L. Thompson is a professional photographer, director, editor, and business consultant with over a decade of hands-on experience. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of brands, including Lamborghini, Bugatti, BMW, and many others.

He originally began his path as an engineering student but made the deliberate decision to step away and pursue his true entrepreneurial direction. Alongside his creative work, Daniel has spent well over a decade in the construction industry, giving him a strong understanding of operations, logistics, and real-world business challenges. He has also served as a volunteer firefighter, reinforcing his commitment to service and responsibility.

Daniel held high-ranking leadership positions in the NJROTC program at Middletown High School and earned numerous youth leadership awards through organizations such as the YMCA. He also served as President of the Mayor’s Youth Council, where he regularly traveled to Albany to advocate on behalf of his city.

At his core, Daniel is a true consultant who genuinely advocates for his clients. He takes extreme pride in his work and holds himself to a high standard, delivering nothing but quality and consistency to every client he works with.

Javan Joseph Halstead, known simply as Joseph, is an Engineering student at SUNY Orange in Orange County, New York. He brings over a decade of real-world sales experience, primarily in the construction industry, along with hands-on trade experience as an electrician’s apprentice in his local union.

Serving as a volunteer firefighter has shaped the age of 16 has shaped his discipline, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure. He takes a technical and practical approach to building and improving sales systems, focusing on what actually works in the field.

His fondest moments are working in his father’s landscaping business every summer. This is where his passion for business stems from.

Joseph genuinely enjoys watching businesses grow. Fittingly, the name Joseph means “increaser” a reflection of the value he aims to bring to every client he works with.
